Re: Any animal killers here?
re merely trying to understand something that seems, to us, incapable of rational explanation. Of course it can, what level do you want it, basic sociology and psychology 101, chemistry, quantum physics, all can explain it depending how deep you want to get. . There are a couple of kinds of people ...

Re: Any animal killers here?

Not sure what your after, maybe comprehension is a problem, its been stated various ways. Try this, Its nature, some people get a boner over different things, whats h...

Re: Any animal killers here?
Killing for fun/glory/sadistic pleasure is totally repugnant, a crime against nature. Regrettably some animals do it, but humans should know better by now. Imposing you moral values on every one else? Its your and my opinion, the difference is I don't condemn them unless its illegal, my values are ...

Re: Any animal killers here?

Re: The Swiss
He is probably now noted as an anarchist somewhere in the records of the Schweizerische Eidgenossenchafts Polizei! Someone once told me that in Switzerland an anarchist is someone who sticks a postage stamp in the wrong corner of the envelope. On the one hand we take the p!ss out of them, and on th...

Re: The Palestinians bring it on themselves
I can feel a Crusade coming on! Bit late for that, to little to late. You can blame the Europeans for not sorting it out in the first place in the first ones, when the problem was manageable. Or just generally thinking of them selves and letting the RoP develop in the first place. A classic case of...

Re: Invasion of Europe

The World is bigger than Europe and I can't see many other countries rushing to relieve the EU of the burden Becuase you sent out the invite. Bit like doing an all points advertisement on farcebook for a teenage party, and wonder why you ...

Re: Spratly Islands
You better hope China doesn't take a liking to lamb
They may not like the "special" seasoning
China would just buy NZ or a hell of a lot of it, just like they are Australia.
Half of them are commie socialists, they could just walk in.

Re: The Palestinians bring it on themselves
just a place built over two destroyed Jewish temples to assert dominance. Like no sh!t, standard mo for any culture coming into another to dominate and bring about change. The West lost the plot when they said Mosques are off limits in ROE's. Yep and it doesn't stop the RoP blowing up their mosques...

Re: Spratly Islands
I thought a good winning strategy includes living your adversary enough room to make a gratious U turn.
Very true, but you have to be able to encourage that to happen.

This is the kind of "do gooder who 'did good' in the fight against Ebola! Lieutenant Colonel Alison McCourt (OBE), of 22 Field Hospital. Thank goodness for people like this.
What is it with glorifying people doing their job? If they are going beyond whats expected fine.

Re: Spratly Islands
Everyone else, from both sides of politics, along with the presenter, furiously agreed with him. Cowards. Sort of the same thing as people not intervening in something going wrong because they don't want to get involved for what ever reason. maybe they should do that if someone takes an interest in...

Re: Spratly Islands
How about a coalition of warships go though, obviously with the US navy as the muscle. Drop anchor somewhere nearby for a few days for a bit of fishing and swimming etc. Not sure of the weather and islands but if possible a bit of inter country beach volly ball etc.

Even the Yanks are blaming themselves now!
Just goes to show that people should shut their yap holes until a clear picture emerges with facts attached instead of jumping on band wagons for political points.
