Some 3/4 of the Pyrenees west of OFSO and its feels bloody freezing; cold, damp and windy. Streets deserted. No restaurants open, although chanced upon 2 together where there was life. First one was closing, second one unsurprisingly v busy! Strange feeling about the place.

Not saying it's windy, but my wheelie bin is on a speed awareness course next week...

Bit of luck at long last - had blood test booked for 2.30pm today. Get sent out on a sched flight which wouldn't dovetail with the booking. Pitch up 3hrs ahead of appt only to get straight in, blood taken, brave boy sticker issued and cast back out into the damp. Checked in in good time for the flig...

Feeling better today, hurty arm yesterday from covid jab, also headache and general malaise from lack of sleep/flu jab.
Best off to the gym soon.

Quick visit to opticians for regular check-up, managed to snag z couple of yellow dragon fruit whilst out.
Also to the chemist for flu + covid booster jabs nod back home.
Time for a cuppa methinks.

Noticeably quieter last night than previous years in terms of fireworks.
Why is it the noisier aerial bombs are let off so much later than the prettier ones. Bloody annoying, not that there was much worth watching on the idiots lantern last night.
