Re: Preoccupied with the flesh
In the big house and when on the inside, a jamfar full of live earthworms apparently provides a subtle form of palliative care for errant wrigglers.

Re: Re: Breeding lions - good or bad?
Well, that's not me although I wear coats of many colours. There is no real connection other than my fumble fiddling digital disgustingness. Rainboe banned himself years ago I fear, an acerbic but very knowledgable BA Captain who was pelted on the other side by proonoids, simply because he really di...

Re: Children's Climate protests.
If each of those children only bought one more pair of blue jeans each between now and 2030, the waters of the Aral Sea might be allowed to rejuvenate. It's high time the youth of today took upon itself some transactional trouble for the tomorrow of themselves rather than relying on a misconceived s...

Re: London UK late September/early October 2019
Irrespective of the pan European charms of the staff, a visit to the loin land of Marxist Britain would be like tripping gaily through Cirth Ungol into the land of Mordor.

Re: Thomas Cook in serious trouble
So, would this have anything to do with the hold Ryanair crews have placed on further industrial action? The fact that the world jet jockey market will soon be boiling over with trained cooks?

Anyone come ever across the elusive Rainboe?
I thought it was impossible to get banned on Ops-Normal, not that I ever heard he had been.

Re: Helping a alcoholic
This thread looks to have almost run dry so anyway, here's a tot of thought with which to refresh it. I don't think or believe that anyone other than a very focused psychologist can do much for the alcoholic, as distinct from the dipsomaniac. I also very much doubt that any such skills can successfu...

Re: Serious help needed
I find that a couple of filters help the agent situation. Since room sizes in Britain are completely and utterly ridiculously small, I always look at the total square meterage of the accommodation. I deduce that, what with room for a decent library, sauce room or whatever, one needs between 160-180 ...

Whoops!
I see I've nearly hijacked Beef Here's bio so I'll apologise and begone from these parts.
Sisyphus would serve a tight slot right though.

Re: Beef Here
I was banned at TOP, under another name of course, with a permanent ban. It was a noble achievement because even the young with whom I sometimes share my house, could see nothing objectionable about what I had posted on the Cabin Crew page. Nonetheless, it significantly irritated the then moderator ...

Re: Smeagol logging in
1975-1978, those would be the glory days of Avex at FAGM when the little bastardos were spraying the likes of me up along the cattle fence. They had some Brit pilots out there too, instructing and line surveying, disastrously so for some. Life was really rather fun in the days before apartheid MK11....

Tsetse Fly - an Intro
What a wondrous thing it is to hop over the cattle fence and find fresh fields of virgin, or at least only moderately contaminated, blood. I hope I shall be allowed to stay unquelled, unmoderated and unsquashed by that happy band of brothers whose amusing antics were sometimes so unappreciated in th...
