Re: Cricket

Let’s not send home our only world class batsman. Strip him of the captaincy by all means at series end but there is no point losing his runs.

Re: Cricket

Interesting that Root has given his post-defeat analysis that England's bowlers bowled too short in the first innings of the latest Test debacle (no *****, Sherlock). Here's a thought, Joe - you are the captain so you could have mentioned this to them at the time and insisted they pitch it up a bit....

Re: Migrants

Corruption is indeed a huge problem in countries that may be recipients of 'aid'. In many countries the corruption is deep rooted and can be traced back to the colonial governments which failed to leave proper systems of governance in place when they left. We can see the same thing in modern times ...

Re: Migrants

I hope this time they will change Pomgolia to be a country they will be proud to raise a family in. Many legal immigrants have and are still trying to do that. Lots of them are in politics trying to change the country to what they believe is a better place. Some have good ideas, some don't, no diff...

Make the victims pay, again eh?
For how long are they allowed to play the victim?

The Poms never stop moaning and are obviously the real victims.
Oh John, what has happened in the past to make you such a bigot? Did an Englishman shag your favourite sheep?

Doing the Strine thing of sending the buggers back where they belong is the short-term solution.

Re: Migrants

Somaliland, just what was Britain doing 1896- 1956? Sudan, what was Britain doing 1885-1960? Iraq, what was Britain doing 1920 - 1961? Thanks for confirming that they have had 60+ years, 2 generations, to build a country they would be proud to raise a family in. What’s that, they didn’t do that you...

There are none so blind as those that will not see.
I absolutely agree and you are a perfect example.
Oh, John. You really are beyond help, aren't you? But there is hope for you, myopia can be cured.

Re: Migrants

Have you any idea of how stupid you sound? It will only sound stupid to those whose only answer is to cast the blame for all woes on the West and allow whole countries to forever play the victim card. I know you have expert knowledge of Afghanistan which makes your post not only stupid but also ver...

But that is now over so the people could actually fight to make their country into the place it should be. Have you any idea of how stupid you sound? Re: Migrants

And they are welcome to leave and apply to legally move elsewhere. Or they could fight to build a better country for their children. There is no need for them to fight to build their country as you and your pathetic mates were there for 20 years to do just that or did that not turn out so well? Ano...

Re: Migrants

Yep, we've all got "friends" like you lot. Snipe from the sidelines and never get involved. Bit pathetic really. We never get involved so if you find yourselves up to your neck in it we will stay well away, like we always do. That’s fine as long as you also shut the **** up with your unwanted “advi...

Re: Migrants

If you know how to phuckemup you better learn how to unphuckem. Yeah, we have heard that ad nauseum I know, and you should know, that putting the lid on will not stop the porridge from burning. So, I am looking for you Poms to get your lilly-white arses into gear and take a lead in this internation...

Re: Migrants

I am sure the young people of Afghanistan would be very pleased to hear that advice. They’d be even more pleased if they acted upon it. I suppose you have already forgotten all the blood and money you wasted in putting the Teleban back in Kabul. All those young widows, the crippled children and the...

Re: Migrants

In what way, pray tell, might we improve or 'repair' such sources of criminal invasion by encouraging their citizens to invade us in such criminal ways? Sure, we attempted to ****. That did happen. If you know how to phuckemup you better learn how to unphuckem. Enough is enough. We don't need illeg...

Re: Migrants

Yes, I do know how that is achieved. At the source, the inhabitants work hard to turn their country around. Takes time and hard work but the result is worth it. I am sure the young people of Afghanistan would be very pleased to hear that advice. They’d be even more pleased if they acted upon it.

Re: Migrants

Thank you for the kind words Nicky but I fear you still cannot grasp that the way to solve this 'problem' so many are bellyaching about is to stop the desire to migrate at the source. Surely you know how to do that after all the experience of the benevolent practices of the British Empire in it's h...

Re: Migrants

Oh John, what a bile-ridden, UK hating, poor wretch of a man you are. Contrary to your assertions, I and most people I know are quite happy to have migration into the UK. We need many skilled workers who can easily apply to come to the country legally. What we don't need are economic migrants who ca...

Re: Migrants

Stop dodging around the issue and avoid the problem rather than blame the victims. Immigrants want to go to the Soggy Island of Pomgolia because conditions in their own countries are so bad. So now that you know the problem why not work on that? Stay in your country and work to make it better. Migh...
