Apparently 'No-one' was injured (again) . . .
"No-one" seems to be accident-prone.

I used to frequent the (only) local computer shop and over the years have bought all my (secondhand) computers from them.
Recently a new 'front of house' chap has been employed and he is not as amenable as the owner.

Apparently, GPS has been disabled.

Check 'internal' connections (if you feel happy opening the casing).
If necessary unplug data cables and re-seat.

Some plugs can be 'iffy' IME.
