It has to be quick and easy as the o/h is out until about 2030 so I'm making a cheese and mushroom omelette with 'petit pois' and potato croquettes. She won't approve so her choices will be that or nothing. The peas are only to have some 'green' content to appease her.

Well done. The clue was the word 'jar' and the building is Het Instituut voor de Nederlandse Taal.
I walked past it on Monday and thought it was rather a beautiful door and would be a good challenge to put on here.

The building is probably C18. It is not in an English speaking country, although it is in a country where many people speak good English.

There is a name on the stonework above the door, which I have concealed. The building is an institute, and was the last abode of the academic whose name is above this beautiful door.

Really a storm in a teacup. Many airlines tanker due to poor availability of fuel at turnaround points, not just to save money. In the scale of things, the extra fuel burn is pretty insignificant.
