It's a compatibility problem. Your Spanish keyboard doesn't even wake up till 11am. Your British PC has been available for work since 8am, but has now mysteriously disappeared on a "tea break" now that the keyboard is available for work. Used to fly in/out of Truckee frequently many years ago. I would take students up there for moutain training in helicopters. Very unforgiving airspace for an airplane in bad weather.
