I used to fly over his Freemont mansion many times when I flew for KRON, the San Francisco NBC affiliate. He would have the WILDEST parties in his pool, which was always full of scantly clad women who would "dance" for the helicopter camera.....

Is that Copenhagen----Only went twice but seems the buildings were multi colored like that.

Used to fly in/out of Truckee frequently many years ago. I would take students up there for moutain training in helicopters. Very unforgiving airspace for an airplane in bad weather.
