Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

Chuks

Rules might have changed, doesn't mean I have to like them or agree with them.

And I flatly refuse to be told what to say.

That's the start of the total state controlling you.

On a slight tangent, it's interesting to read who it was who first went to Army counter intel to report him.

Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

Interesting considering the date. Chuks, better tell the lawyer that the rules have changed !!! "On September 3, 2013, Manning's lawyer applied for a presidential pardon for his client. Coombs filed a Petition for Pardon/Commutation of Sentence to President Obama through the pardon attorney at ...

Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

No Chuks, 'it' might have been a bit of a wind up but the 'he' wasn't, I had just checked back on two articles and just typed. I still think he's a pathetic individual. Don't dispute what gender now, I was disputing Alison's comment about Psychiatric help at that time - which I still disagree with. ...

Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

From what I read he wasn't and from what I read he knew damn well what he was doing as he discussed it with others.

He was a very confused and angry person that is no doubt.

Their were a couple of instances his access should have been revoked.

Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

"Aiding the enemy" while on active duty was the worst charge. " It"neatly got the death sentence. Mental health problems maybe but "it" still knew right from wrong - by releasing the docs he knew the damage it would cause. Alison Many brace people, Manning isn't one of ...

Re: Peyton's sister pardoned...

Why would you pardon a traitor ???

I'd pardon a murderer before a traitor.

So what if she tried to commit suicide.

I was told a long time ago the type of person who comments on someone's post count.

You, as have many others before you just proved the theory correct.

Re: The idiots that run the EU just won't listen.

The EU didn't bank on Trump getting in either and the US being more pro UK than pro EU.

I liked the way May said about tariffs on Herman cars etc. one thing that would scare Merkel is pressure / slowdown of the German car business.

Re: The shooting of Yassar Yaqub

When he went down, though, the perp dropped objects from each hand that both fell a few feet away. It's a judgment call whether he felt they were the most pressing threat as he was actively looking for the other perp, who I would presume to be armed and the greater threat. I didn't see even a twitc...

Only if he wanted to get along in modern Miami.

Which also means you don't expect immigrants to Germany or any country to learn the language, it is up to the residents already there to learn the language of the immigrants ?

Re: The shooting of Yassar Yaqub

I thought maybe the perp got off a round into the glass as he was going down. I lean toward the notion that the friendly had a good line of fire on his rounds that is hard to pick up on the vid. I thought his reaction time from when the clerk raised his hands to a deadly round delivered, just a few...

It wasn't all over.

He didn't clear the weapon(s) away from the guy he shot - he may have just been wounded or stunned.

Chuks: I learn about things that matter to me. A f*cking adult cartoon does not matter to me no matter how you may feel that it is somehow "iconic". My word for it is pathetic and I don't watch any - though I'll secretly admit to enjoying some of the classics from my childhood, but that's...
