Piccadilly Circus here this morning. Three plumbers here to fix an irrigation pop up then three arrived to asses the thatching job. Irrigation fixed, thatch is going to be a big expensive job. First job is to get the grass. This will involve a large lorry from some distance away.

Afternoon folks. Town day. Not too bad a success. Bought a new short sleeved shirt. This took about 90 secs. Went into the store grabbed one. Collar too big but I don't usually wear a tie with short sleeves so it doesn't matter. Probably get it our of the packet in about a year and buy the next one ...

Moring folks. Wish we had a flood. The very few patches of water remaining of the lagoon our drying up leaving mud flats. Fortunately the flood plain in front of us is all green. A sunny day.

Morning folks. Fog first thing, very rare, now lifted and sun breaking through. To the airport next for our friend to leave for Amorgos. MUB, JNB, ZRH, ATH then 8 hrs on a ship. Hopefully see her there in September.
