Storage Drive Not Being Seen

I have a 5T disk drive that I want to use to store media.
My Win10 sees it in Devices and Printers but won't t let me access it nor does it show up...

I know how I'd go about checking it out in Linux, you could always create a bootable USB stick with a Linux distro on it and use that for testing.
