With rivers and lagoons dry for a year new paths across flood plains appeared. Previously inaccessible islands on foot were farmed. Now the water is back bridges are required. This footbridge has just been constructed by locals up in the Delta. I would think that any intelligent croc will be waiting just down stream.

Who needs a car jack? Seen at the garage today. And, they will crawl under that car like that.
Just heard a good one. Botswana is big into campaigns. You get stopped at a road block and lectured by the Department of Transport and given a leaflet about driving safely or not drinking and driving. Some years ago they had a family planning campaign. You were stopped at a road block and given a leaflet on the subject and a free condom. The condom package was stapled to the leaflet right through the middle.

Gotta love the NR's though. If it wasn't for things like Ex-A's post then Africa would be just old boring.
