I see part of the Heathrow 'plan' will turn the M25 into a 'more efficient' motorway. I wonder which magician they will be using for that?

Now comes years of consultations both public and private, legal cases, legal appeals, planning applications, planning appeals,issue of tender documents for the works, submission of tenders, consideration of tenders, choosing of a preferred bidder and placing of contract with a main contractor. It might be built by 2030 if they are lucky.
Gatwick should go ahead on it's own and build a second runway anyway, which will be up and running long before any new launching pad at Heathrow.

Maybe if they built T2 with a proper baggage system in the first place, instead of using the old T1 facility , it would’ve been cheaper than now.
Also they never mention how much they are going to make with the £5 drop off fee
