There is an update (a 'Cumulative') sculling around that is known to 'hang' at various percentages - 45/65/95 - on download or install. M$ 'apparently' know about this and are 'working on it'.

If this happens to you, the recommendation is to download the appropriate update from the M$ site and run the install. It worked for me on 2 laptops. The desktop seemed to just get on with it.

The M$ 'Update fix it' did not.
