VPN

I may be walking a thin line here between commenting and recommending a product, but.....

Tried Kasperkys VPN for free for a week. Pros: brilliant user interface, and covers five devices. Cons: daily limit of 300Mb and can't select your country. Signed up for the paid version, £30 a year. Now have all phones and PCs covered unlimited, country of choice set individually for each app. and each device. Only (trivial) complaint is no server available in Luxembourg.

That's why I recommended it OFSO. I only have 200mb free a day but it suits my purpose. I bias to Singapore servers after the EU wrecked the internet and have no complaints. Before that it was Germany.

I am having one problem. The UK All Four group of TV channels won't connect even with the VPN server set to UK. No idea why.

I have the same problem. Try doing it naked although it's a bit hit n miss.
