Sory if this information is very obvious but maybe worth mentioning ! Until we sell one or both of the two properties, we travel back and forth maintaining them, staying a month at each. Like everyone these days we carry WiFi enabled devices that log onto the WiFi at each end of our travels. Some devices like the 'phones make no bother but others, Google Home, and electronic switches are a PITA to log on and settle in. Before the last move to London I was rummaging in my spares box and found an old router, still with all the settings for the Spanish end, so brought it back, and plugged it into the 4G box in London. And lo ! all the devices brought back from Spain thought they were still there and connected perfectly. Before anyone wonders why I didn't just change the settings on the 4G box in London, it was too difficult. And small simple routers cost nothing these days. I've been given one every time I signed a contract.
