How often do you back up/ run anti-virus anti spyware programs.

I needed to find some pictures from the Leros war museum for a friend and I connected one of the two small external drive I have that I use mainly to back up files and keep on my lap-top only that I use frequently. I use the opportunity to back up the files currently being on the laptop. Also I went to the cell provider shop and told how to backup my phone contents on dr0pboks.

The question to our audience is how often do you back up data from your mobile and your computer and also how often do you run the anti-virus and anti-spyware programs if you have them.

Files are backed up as they change using the OS' file history service. Systems are imaged nightly for disaster recovery and copied elsewhere.
