You could use one of these as supplied to me while in Chad some years ago.
Reading the label carefully, you might however decide against it. I assume they meant 'Executive standard'.
Chinese made in case you wondered...

10 amps through that coiled cable should produce a good heat.

The Spanish house is connected, like most, to three phase. The aerial connection was made with the four wires hand-twisted together and wrapped in insulating tape, as I discovered when after years of rain, wind and sun, the tape fell off and the resulting s/c melted the insulation of one phase. Electricity Co disinterested so I called the fire brigade. They got'em out.
