I have had to do opposite. Get an insert to go from micro to mini.
Most phone stores, especially the repair stores, have the cutters and are good about helping out. It takes longer to get it out of the phone than to trim it.

About a quid from the ususal sources of Chinese tat. But very useful and does the job quite adequately....

You can talk slower and it will be heard at the normal speed.

I used to grey out in the 737 if the aircraft levelled from a descent in a turn =))
