Not reliable, but they keep going even if things go wrong!

Think 'high availability' and 'fault tolerance'.

Still only one engine though, or does it have a hand crank or pedals to keep the prop turning if the engine quits?

We were lucky enough to fly on one to Vancouver in March 2020. Just before everything came to a grinding halt...
