From the Tower of London:
We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Chief Yeoman Warder Pete McGowran and our new Yeoman Gaoler Bob Loughlin MBE. Both joined the Royal Air Force as part of the RAF Regiment and this is the first time that two former airmen have become the highest ranking Yeoman Warders at the Tower. Congratulations both!
