I used to give this presentation but Graham does it much better than I did and with more research.

Sorry folks. I got it here but when I go on to Ops Normal I can't no idea why. Just Google Sqn Ldr Graham Laurie. Near the top of the search you should see a Squadron Leader Graham Laurie MVO RAF (RET'D) on Vimeo. Try to get it that way. It is really worth watching. He has done some good research. I flew with him on a few of the flights mentioned.
