I have a tremendous admiration for the guys flying the SAR missions but I guess every mission on a rotary has its difficulties arguably even a short flight done by a PPL has its own challenges that might be larger than those going on a small single engine fixed wing.
So what do you consider the most difficult type of missions on a chopper and you are more than welcome to add a specific flight

Flying three Fashion Models, a photo crew, producer, and Sled Dog Team, Sled, and Musher up onto the Glacier looking down on Turnagain Arm near Anchorage Alaska.
The Photo Crew were OK, the Producer a bit of a pain, the Musher was really laid back....the Sled Dogs were good fun....and the Models reminded me of why I favor Retroactive Abortion.

Thanks to both of answers. Sasless also thanks for extending my vocabulary. However I am surprised that you described the models as the most difficult mission not a flight or a type of flight
