Hiller UH-12E - a great little machine on which many Royal Navy pilots in the 60's and early 70's did their first helicopter solo. XS166 - I last flew her for my mid-course check on 30 July 64 with Terry MacDonald. He was sadly killed whilst demonstrating a Hiller 1100 at the Paris Air Show five years later. https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/65677
XS166 was last heard of in 2016 as HA-MIJ, a crop sprayer in Hungary.
