Maybe he didn't get the message saying the he couldn't do it until he clicked on SUBMIT

Guests can't reply to topics. Doesn't mean they can't try. If a guest clicks on reply they are asked to log in or register. During that period they are logged as being in the reply process.

This happens to me sometimes. I have 'remember me' checked. I re-opened and tried to reply. However,since last looking at the website,my cache had cleared itself and logged me out. I discover this when I try to submit a reply.

I didn't know that was available. I should hit more buttons/links evidently
