OK then. Here we go. Hmm, not easy to match the background colour, so hidden as best as I can.

Top challenge. I'm still working on it. I have learned a lot in this challenge. I didn't realise that Russia was the world's #1 biggest country by landmass (Canada 2nd). I ignorantly thought it was China. Have had a great time exploring all of Mother Russia's areas. They still have compulsory military service for males.

It's there somewhere. Probably will be somewhere in Cleethorpes. :O3

Some challenges on TOP could take a whole week(s) before an answer or clue was given. Think: Oldpax's challenges. One of his clues to one of his regular obscure photo challenges was 'a zoo'. It turned out to be a penguin sanctuary/island. Was hilarious! It sure pissed us all orf as we spent weeks looking at zoos around the globe. :O3

"Insufficient facts always invite danger, Captain." said Spock to Kirk. "Vulcans never bluff."
"Logic is the beginning of wisdom ... not the end."

He posted up some amazing abstract challenges from his original photo collection. Interesting life. He still managed to regularly piss us all orf. :O3 He never got that memo though! So thick-skinned he made me laff!

What's the rush? The world's a big place. :O3

I'm sure I'm right with the Interlace but if anyone wants to keep the thread going then go ahead. I'm too tired to do anything. Off to bed. (-|

To get the thread going ....

How many places on earth are there where four countries meet, and which countries?

Is that The Four Corners of Africa? I think Botswana is one of 'em. They all meet at some Strip I've forgotten the name of. Taught in Geography at high school hence my severe lack of memory, but the teach did say it's the only place on Earth where 4 countries meet.

Have to give you that one Slash!

Caprivi Strip / Kazungula.

When I learned it, it was Bechuanaland, South West Africa, Northern Rhodesia and Southern Rhodesia. These days they call it Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

It's an odd one because most people would say something like Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Holland ..... Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, but in fact Kazungulu is the only one.

Wow that's impressive, replacing that old ferry! Is is going to happen for real or is that next year African Mean Time? It looks like a Calatrava design.

Where's the money going to come from .......? Oh silly me ....... UK foreign aid, and no doubt some NR Chief will trouser 25%!

To stop the thread dropping off the front page, what links this building to a shipwreck off a Scottish island, an independently run railway, a group of intended murderers who failed in one simple task and some schoolgirls?
