RM and Barca are owned by their members, ie members clubs, who have appointed wealthy presidents. That complies with the regulations.

Now to VAR.
Even more trouble and stupidity yesterday.
It, and the top man at the PGOA, Riley, who is clearly rotten at his job, need to go without further delay, for the good of the Game.
There are plenty of buses going past Stockley Park, to throw the VAR operative responsible for yesterday's debacle, under several.
His pass to the viewing room should be removed.

Did anyone else see the comment from a West Ham supporter ,about Karen Brady sacking people on The Apprentice for being incompetent and then hiring David Moyes as a manager

I'm new here - and just discovered this thread.
I've been a Reds fan since 1969 and it goes without saying that the last 30 years have been painful to endure, despite the odd ray of sunshine like that miraculous night in Istanbul 2005 .
If that wasn't enough, after losing 3-0 away to Barcelona in the 1st leg of the 2019 CL semi final, they came back to win 4-0 in the 2nd leg at Anfield - in a thunderous match that few gave them a hope of winning (no Salah or Firmino - plus they lost Robertson at half time) against a Barcelona side containing Messi, Suarez and Coutinho. This was surely one of Anfield's greatest-ever nights - if not the greatest (&, with all due respect to Spurs, it should have been the Final) - followed by winning the CL Final in Madrid (not a memorable match at all).
Klopp has been a revelation at Anfield and he hasn't put a foot wrong. Listen to him post-Barcelona here. Looking at this last link, it's hard to imagine that someone gave Roy Hodgson the job of managing LFC!
If I wasn't over 70, I'd've written to JK by now asking if I could have his children!
All this talk about VAR covers the fact that our officials are absolute garbage with or without technology. The fact Mike Riley one of the worst ref's i've ever seen is in charge says it all.

He’s in for a shock when he sees the Squires Gate training “ centre “
I see Liverpool fell short, 44-game unbeaten run ended by Watford, who fairly thumped them. Also amused by what seems to be a tweet from the official Arsenal account that just said "Phew!"
