Most every Thursday night now for the past 5 Months I've been walking up to the local school hall, (After imbibing a few constitutional beverages) and 'shaking my thing' with a bunch women, a few of which are friends, and one queer guy.

What a great fun workout it is.....I'm not any good at it....I'm fairly 'Unco', but it's a lot of fun.....and an hour healthy workout!

If I was a Latino bloke, nobody would care.....but a middle age white Aussie guy? I get some strange looks, but, you get to an age where you just don't fecking care what people think of you! LOL

Actually......Too focused on watching the instructor to notice much else at all.....and now I'm such a regular, i'm in the front row,....beeaches!, fall in behind me!!! LOL

Ha ha....my girlfriends, love them as I do, can grow somewhat tedious when on the juice....Mrs Fliegs will come back when the weather cools down...

There's a few sessions of Zumba at my gym every week. Apparently it attracts a lot of eye candy and has caused a few male members to...ahem... "reschedule" their own training sessions.

There is a low intensity version on a Saturday morning for Seniors (Def not me! LOL) ....low intensity cardio, with plenty af balance mixed...really very good for those of advancing years
