I'm not sure there is actually a forum ANYWHERE where he would be 'at home'. Maybe he should start his own? 'Knockers-abnormal' or similar where large mammaries can be discussed - and imaged - until the cows come home (with large swinging udders, of course...)

I miss Caco with his tales of derring-do in whirly-birds and his interest in aviation (less, I confess, his bombardment with music clips....). Following his 'ripples' with Alison last March,
I too miss Caco. He used to send me PM's resigning with some regularity. After a few weeks he would re-register with a new Username. Over time he had more Usernames than you could poke a stick at.

He would copy whole articles posted by others, just to make a point about one sentence, which pissed me off a bit - wasting resources. I raised this with him when he copied a two page item to just say "I agree", threw a temper tantrum and resigned again never to return. I have invited him back again twice with no response.

Almost sounds like K&C, except he would never say I Agree.

Reminds me of the classic Goon show which opened in a prison of war camp full of Officers who had "sworn to die rather than surrender"..........

What is known in the military as a 'positive maybe'.

I would like to see Slasher's return but I accept that it's not going to happen.

Caco and I are in regular contact both in person and by phone. Although we have very differing views on some things, our mettings are jovial, we have a lot in common and I enjoy his company enormously and always look forward to seeing him.

As BOAC says about Slasher, "his parting shots resembled Hari Kiri". Whilst I enjoyed many of his posts, particularly those about his lad learning to fly the cub and his knowledge of civil flying, I found his views with respect to gay and trans people, frankly, offensive. In other posts he used the word 'hate' in respect to these people. Not right, not fair in these times and to refer to Alison as 'it' is such a personal insult that he deserved his fate.

As to KnC, what a hoot! I spent years, decades involved with the RAFGSA or RAFGGSA and tried to figure out what who the bigger is. One or two came close but something didn't fit.

For the record, I have always found a C cup perfectly sufficient!

Talking of cups and Slasher, I wonder if his p*sts were made whilst he was in his cups?

I don't see any reason that the ladies would avoid us...
Speaking for myself, I will say that the snickering posts and pictures of women are dreary reading - maybe they need to be in a dedicated thread, and the rest of the Forum kept for more interesting and intelligent posts.

It is what was normal and accepted all-male crewroom banter 30 years ago. Now with females with equal status it is quite likely that the crew room to day is a different country from the last century.

Many of us here are from that other place. Unlike a real crewroom we don't know when women are present except for Alison and Mrs Ex-A.

Karearea, your point is valid.

There's a real possibility that with the departure of the main perpetrator what you allude to may decrease significantly. Here's hoping.

Isn't Caco the Green Goblin?..what happened to A lutra continua (?), were they all related?

Slasher was a product of his times, nothing more or less. I enjoyed the bloke & his posts, and that is what he was a 1950s/1960s Aussie Bloke from a rough part of South Australia who was intelligent enough to get to fly 727s!!..

But in a sad & politically correct world of course he had it coming to him, you cannot refer to the owner of a site as an 'It' (No Way Whatsoever!), and I do understand the offence given....but I don't think Slash would have, a seeming lifetime of people condoning questionable behaviour, of course he'll get it wrong...but whatever, Cheers Slash if you are reading!

Morning all,
Looks a CdS sort of day, cloudless, snow remains on the hills but I expect not for long.
14c for 17c
My guess says slim chance [35%] of rain on Monday

Dogs away again, been gone 2h14m When all is normal going to have to fence a couple of thousand Sqm for them to play in.
They can't keep wandering off like this.

What to do today ?

I believe that they have both been in touch with members.

I really miss Fox3, he has a wonderful way with words when explaining things.

I am in regular contact with Slasher, ALC and Angels. Have e-mailed Fox in the past but not recently..
