Foss. I miss Foss, and wonder whether anyone on TOP ever archived his "dog's life" posts.
I was one of the many who tried to buy his book (and one of those who never received it). There was a big hoo-haa over the alleged ripoff, but as we all know, Graeme was fighting his demons and ultimately lost the fight. I'd like to see his ramblings about Daze (Daisy) brought together in one place.
For a long while I collected Foss's 'ramblings' (meant respectfully) and supplied them to those who asked.
Now long lost on a computer hard drive of a former laptop.
I, too, never received my hard copy of his book.

That is very sad news. Mr D was a forthright, down to earth but also amusing contributor on TOP. I for one will miss his comments.

A thought, we should put an obit in our wills with instructions to our executors to post a good bye.

Having survived sundry computer ailments, together with a number of medical issues (which I understand we are no longer allowed to discuss), I've been trying to read in for the last few days. This could take some time. I hope I can return, in due course, to my practice of contributing occasional smart-arse comments as necessary. Unless I get moderated ...

Don't moderate people here. Too much trouble. As for discussing medical issues, have set aside a whole area specially for that purpose, called the "Sick Bay". So those who are not particularly feeling the best have to read of others difficulties.

Good to see you back Mr Fart.
WRT the post above, Sick Bay is meant when you want to literally go into the blood 'n guts of a particular ailment mate. Saying elsewhere you're a bit crook with globs of snot running out your nose though is apparently acceptable.
