£18 Million Fine By Energy Regulator

Scottish Power (owned by some Spanish company) has been hit with a £18 M penalty by the UK energy regulator due to poor customer services. Not the largest fine (EDF £26M) but one that should get the shareholders attention at least. Was last a customer of SP some years back and from what I remember their service was indeed appalling.
