Now have an extra beer or two and lie back and count hippos, just for today.

Happy birthday Ex A, there seems to be quite a number of Sagittarians live on here. Enjoy a quiet celebration of another year on the planet.

Thank you folks. Standard day. For many years I took a hand picked crew to Washington DC for this weekend which of course coincides with that Thanksgiving thing. It was a Friday to Monday layover schedule. Usually got thrown out of Sunday brunch places. One crew was reported to the British Embassy.

Thanks folks. :-h Another one under the belt - the more you have, the longer you live.

Was going to spend the day on me canal but fell out of bed and gave meself a hurty back - being tended to by loving wife who has brought me a cup of tea, some paracetamol and a shopping list for later when the pain-killer kicks in.
It's always my fault - SWMBO

Thank you all. I had a lovely lunch with the baby (18 months) grand-daughter. And her mother, who drove. A couple of pints and a great steak cooked by somebody else is a real treat. Then in the evening a few beers with niece & nephew followed by a tot of malt from a present rounded off the day nicely.

74 down, i wonder how many to go.
