Thank you all for the birthday greetings :YMHUG:

Had a lovely weekend at Gunn's camp in the Delta. The chef made an excellent chocolate birthday cake =p~ . Just flown back in and found the car in the airport car park still with four wheels. :D

That is nothing compared to the Black Forest Gateau she was presented with yesterday by the safari camp up river. They wanted us to take it all. We agreed to one slice. They were very pleased and said that they would eat the rest themselves. Our staff were delighted with the one slice with their morning tea this morning. The sight of all the cream just made us feel ill. Very kind of them though. Staff jokingly asked for more. Told to get back to work.

Ex-A pity the naked-pisser lady is not included in the pic. All the best again to Mrs Ex-A she looks great.

The orange slices and grapes bordering TS's cake. Any significance or some local tradition sah?

I counted the candles - nine. That makes 45 right? Though she's still a 21yo at heart IMHO! :)

Nah Capt, just decoration. Traditionally they probably use slices of some highly toxic plant. Maybe they just used up the candles from the last birthday cake. Could have been a 90 year old.

Once stayed with my crew in a private small lodge in Canada. As an excuse for a BBQ. I told the owners it was one of our stewardess' birthday. Bit embarrassed when they kindly produced a birthday cake. The girlie did us proud and played the game. I even got to give her a birthday kiss. :YMPARTY:
