Slasher I hope your description of your current condition remains as it is. And it seems an update on shine situation is due.

Thanks again everybody!

RiS - the moonshine situation both here in Honkville and at home are good. Am supplementing my supply of Yousef’s poison here by having the odd Glamis. Not a real substitute but it’ll do. Also I have to pay duty for every bottle of ‘shine I haul into this place. Can’t dodge it like I can in BKK. :ymsigh:

I hope you had an excellent birthday. Slasher I thought moonshine was sweeitsh while Glamis isn't that much? How do they really compare - my thought you enjoy moonshine because of the taste.

RiS - the moonshine overall because of everything (and Yousef’s formula isn’t sweet): taste, alcohol content, lack of any real hangover next morning, medicinal properties (crook guts e.g.), goes well with any food, not much people like it which means all the more for me.

It also makes a good axle degreaser and car battery terminal cleaner. These extra usefulnesses however are rarely used owing to the preciousness of the stuff.

Thank you,
As someone must have said previously " I intend to stay around as a nuisance for many more years". If nobody said it then I just patented the quote. :D

Thank you all very much for your kind wishes, it is going to be a day of self indulgence, a fried breakfast, visit to the bookshop, pub for lunch, prawns for tea with bottles of Exmoor Stag.
Don't they come round quickly these days.

Yep!
Each year is a smaller percentage of your life, than the last one was!

Enjoy.
