Scenario:
Small strip-mall in neighbourhood on the high street. - 7-11, Money-Mart, Pizza joint, Kebab-Doner thingie, The Persian Grill. Across the street - McDonalds Express.
The Iranian shop (really small storefront, only four seats - outside) is the latest entry (there a year now), serves things like Lamb shanks w/rice and other stodge. Is failing - badly.
What would work in that location (especially in summer)(I know the demographics) would be "The Poutine Shack", serving a variety of Poutine, gourmet hot dogs and real milk shakes.
Thinking of suggesting that to them but kind of wary of an explosion of Farsi hubris so will let them trundle down the road to failure.
Anyway, Iranian Poutine? - kind of like Pakistani Pizza.
