The Person Below Me...
Re: The Person Below Me...
Never heard that one.

Re: The Person Below Me...
True. I think the fighter pilot's breakfast is a good nut scratch and a smoke.
TPBM has had 'liquid breakfasts' and likes 'em (unless it's dishwater like Boags or Bud).

When I was younger but these days even on safari I like toast and tea before heading out into the bush with a beer or three to slurp while enjoying the nature.

Indeed, especially the ones that sat outside the door and ate the mosquitos in Bougainville, and the big arrow tailed one that took up residence here for a while.

Re: The Person Below Me...
Depends on the wildlife. If it's a bunch of blokes drinking and carousing like a bunch of Neanderthals then I'm ok with it as long as I can join in.
TPBM doesn't find women carousing like a bunch of Neanderthals all that attractive.

Well, I've looked for them, but never found any.

Well yeh...but definitely not in a convent!
TPBM has actually been to a nunnery (in my case Sisters of Charity in Adelaide Oz).

Likewise. An old girlfriend became a bride of Christ for a while back in the '60s. Used to visit her occasionally (innocently, with other friends). She eventually returned to civilian life, had an affair with her boss who eventually left his wife & married her. Currently living happily ever after, AFAIK.

Sure, but not so easily done mostly. Mostly the degree of fed-upness differs?
TPBM has been in a monastery and nunnery on her/his birthday. (I have, for a visit, but interesting anyway!)

Re: The Person Below Me...
Not my birthday but we were guests at a baptism in the monastery of Hozoviotissa on Amorgos a few years ago. Ex-Ascot was the official photographer and was supposed to only take pictures of the baby and guests. But the temptation was too much so he took loads of forbidden piccies of all the icons as well.
The most amusing thing was amongst all the gold and silver, the water for the baptism arrived in a blue plastic bucket.
TPBM loves marmite.

Marmite scratches me and meows far too much. He likes Apsara though when he comes yonder for a visit. He likes to cozy up and sleep on her 'cushions'.

Yes. I’m actually a rabid butch lesbian trapped in a man’s body.
TPBM’s dirty little secret is far worse than that.

Yes, I can't prove that I exist.
TPBM hates it when their passport, driving licence and any way of proving photo identity is stolen. And to top it all has no utility bills to prove where one abodes, thus making passport renewal extremely difficult.

I ‘know’ thyself on a regular basis. Esp when I’m away from my wife.

Re: The Person Below Me...
Well, now, what would the PC answer be...
TPBM hasn't had a situation like described by Mrs. Ex-Ascot.
(Couldn't you 'provide' some witness who could swear, his hand on the Bible or Protocol, whatever? )

Truish. I lost my passport on arr BKK one day and a cute chick who was a Customer Relations girl with Thai Inter (the mob I flew in with) helped me go through the hoops to get back on board. Found said document under my seat. I liked her so much I married her, had a kid, got unmarried for a time then remarried. If I hadn’t lost me damn papers I’d’ve never had met her. Dark cloud silver lining thing.

Re: The Person Below Me...
Absolutely.
TPBM knows a married couple who have been happy with eachother all through their lives. Well, up to now, then.
