Very true, particularly if it has come from China. :D

TPBM always eats Chinese meals with chop sticks and wouldn't be seen dead using cutlery. [-X

If chopsticks are available then yes, I will use them. That's half the fun.

TPBM is amazed at the way people from the US use their fork in the left hand, knife in right to cut up food, then put the knife down, transfer the fork to the right hand and then eat that way.

Not amazed, just interested. Apparently, during WW II many American escapers were detected because of the way they held their cutlery. Anyway, who am I to talk? I hold mine in the wrong hands, probably comes from copying my dad who sat at the opposite end of the table.

TPBM is ambidextrous.

Sort of; I use my left hand as much as my right but I can't write very well with the left hand. When my mother broke her left wrist it didn't matter as she is ambidextrous.

TPBM has never broken a bone. :)

That would be me. Managed various other things but bones all still intact. My aunt had to learn to write with her left hand in WW2 when her right hand was damaged by a nearby bomb.

TPBM has never seen a bomb.

Unfortunately I'm of a generation that saw too many as a child.

I even remember the ARP coming round school and demonstrating why we should NOT play with 'butterfly bombs'.

False, saw lots of them during Op Granby whilst based in Cyprus. :D

TPBM has seen the film An Ungentlemanly Act (about the invasion of the Falklands) and particularly enjoys the bit when the Spics are told to 'F%ck Off' :D

False, I have never seen that film. In general when it comes to war I only watch documentaries as they are more accurate.
TPBM cannot help but want to fly when the weather is fantastic!

False - I may want to, but sadly, I'm earthbound. At least I can enjoy the outdoors - usually, but not today.

TPBM spent the day in A&E in the bowels of a hospital.

Fortunately not; indeed the last time I was in any hospital was when I was a patient in Seeth Efrica quite a few years ago. Having been medivaced from Bots I got my own room. :D

TPBM would like to trvel on the Blue Train. :)

Been there, done that, did it in the wrong direction.

TPBM would like to visit the Mascarene Islands again.

Even better, I'd like to know where they are - never heard of the, must look them up.

TPBM sometimes feels their general knowledge is sadly lacking, and other times, thinks they know too much.

Hi. Yes I feel that way sometimes with new things to me that everyone appears to already know. I wish I did know too much about everything.

TPBM likes to go exploring new places.

Nope, not these days. Prefer to stay at home keeping away from beer virus. :D

TPBM likes cheese. :)

True. There is a cheese for every occasion, and I continue to search for new types.

TPBM believes the cheese and seafood are the two main food groups.

Only if wine is involved. :YMPARTY:

TPBM would rather run out of toilet roll than wine! :D

True, and that's probably what will happen!

TPBM is trying to carry on with minimum disruption.
