The Person Below Me...

#1 Post by Hydromet » Thu Nov 24, 2016 1:52 am

Bit of a game that I've seen on other forums. Person makes a statement about the person below them. The next person posts either 'True' or 'False, plus (hopefully humorous)a reason, comment or alternative. That person then makes their own statement about the person below. The game continues ad infinitum. For example...

TPBM went to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving.
False I spent Thanksgiving on the LA freeway.

OK chaps, you get the idea. Carry on.

TPBM is having turkey for lunch.

Hydro

Sounds good but don't understand "the person below me" bit.

"Person makes a statement about the person below them."

False as I am about to make a comment about the person above me before making a comment about the person below me.

TPBM is going to have a snooze after his Turkey lunch...

Where's Shagger?
He could have a field day with this.

Yes, as old Slash might say "TPBM is a good Bactrian hump..." :)

My early morning mind not working clearly (not had first cup of tea yet) and automatically made the Freudian slip of substituting 'Shagger' for 'Slasher'.

The person below me...
..is as yet unknown to me....

Or poetry even...

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today,
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

When I came home last night at three,
The man was waiting there for me
But when I looked around the hall,
I couldn't see him there at all!
Go away, go away, don't you come back any more!
Go away, go away, and please don't slam the door...

Last night I saw upon the stair,
A little man who wasn't there,
He wasn't there again today
Oh, how I wish he'd go away...

False. It was left behind.
TPBM has no sense of direction.
