I’d rather watch and do! 😜

Exercise vids I mean. ;)))

TPBM would rather watch a documentary on a certain subject of history than anything Hollywood spews out about the same thing.

I agree,do like the Egyptian archeology docko.

TPBM thinks the people are starting to rebel against all the lefty bullsh-t that is trying to take over our lives.

I rebelled long ago and am safe from all that crap. Dunno and really don’t care if people elsewhere rebel or not.

TPBM sees the misanthropic benefits of living a hermit life.

Not in the sense that I will be with Ex-A. :-bd But I will be away from the rest of the family which is no big deal as we were never into Family Christmas anyway.

True. But being last on the destructor seniority list the 10 second countdown to 2020 in HKG will be during a missed approach in the box with an engine out and flaps stuck at 2.

TPBM feels it’s a duty to get drunk over any annual change of calendar numbers.

I do try ,but as the years pass the ability to keep ones eyes open to the appointed hour is waneing.

TPBM enjoys the sound of Ghrstmas carols.

I once wound up a friend in that vein by saying that I took the batteries out of the doorbell when I went away so there wasn't wasted power if people called when I wasn't there.

TPBM watches A Christmas Carol every year.

Nope! haven't watched it in decades.

TPBM wouldn't give a hoot if they died having not seen A Christmas Carol in decades, nay, even centuries. :D

True. But the one with Alistair Sim as Scrooge was good though, and I wouldn’t mind seeing it again. Been untold yonks.

TPBM is looking forward to another good bellyful of grog on NYE.

True. Which probably means that I'll be asleep by 2200.

The belly full of grog is OK,the stinking hangover next morning is not!

TPBM has numerous cures for a hangover that has been passed from father to son.

No, but have found a few over the years, most notably "That which made you feel bad makes you feel better"....it's been working for me for days on end now! :)

TPBM also loves going to the fridge and slicing off some ham from the bone this time of year... :)

Used to when the whole family were at home. Now a leg ham would last us until next Christmas. Good to cut a nice thick wedge and put a smear of mustard on it, just to eat as a snack.

TPBM was up bright and early on New Years day.

'Fraid so, one of the dogs wanted to go outside and so woke me up. I was hoping she'd bark over the back fence and wake up the people down there who kept me awake last night when I was trying to sleep.

TPBM is looking forward to going back to work on the 2nd.
