If ever there was a managerial poisoned chalice, it is England. A load of pretty good talent, but none really world class. That -- coupled with a complete inability to play as a team -- has been the fate of England ever since Alf Ramsay substituted Bobby Charlton against the Westies in 1970.

Costa dropped by Chavski for this weekends match v Leicester, allegedly had an argument in training, although rumours of a bid from China are circulating. Could be a good job I haven't done my coupon yet :-?

Er, I don't think Chelsea having Costa dropped will make that much of a difference for that game!

Had an Arse/Chavski double. But my yankee only had one winner, Burnley at a ludicrous 14/5. Bloody Carlisle, Sheff Utd and Bolton let me down!

Net result, down 15 spons. :-q

Palace? How many more wonder goals are going to be scored against us? Big Sam out!

The kid that Charlton flogged to Everton scored on his debut. Good for him.

From what I saw there won't be many straws for laser to cling onto! o:-)

Big big f*** up! Agree Bravo is useless. Still only a draw at the other match.

E4MC0MU1L1 is an acceptable formula today!

I should have put the money on MC winning nothing this season on earlier!

Piece of plastic and not a real competition. Shield NOT Cup, or say 1st in the premier league. Bit like your statements about the worthless cup.

Here's a poser for you. Go to 0:35 on the below clip. Tell me why the goal was disallowed. The ref would not comment on it.

woody and angels, when you look at who the referees involved were, there is no need for questions!

It's self explanatory.

Carry on with those comments, Nigel, you are doing a good job all on your own of explaining the "Bitters" tag.

Comments from Derek Adams, the Plymouth Argyle manager before tomorrow's replay, love the last sentence =)) =)) =))

"The only difference for them will be that the changing rooms are not as luxurious as Anfield. But the playing surface is excellent, it's a nice stadium, so I don't see it being a problem.

"It'll be milder than they're used to in Liverpool, so from that point of view they might think it's the Mediterranean they're going to," joked Adams, who also said he had a 'Plan B' if Liverpool took the lead.

"We're going to sign (Manchester United's Marouane) Fellaini and hit it long," said the Argyle boss.
