It’s the Fylde Coast Derby today, can’t be many away games that you can get to by tram
When all else fails, read the instructions.

More fun and games at Malaga CF.
The Sheik and his sons, who did not appear before the Judge in Malaga last month and sent a a representative to the hearing, have been ordered to appear in person at next hearing on 15 April or be arrested if they fail to do so, when they then return to Spain. The Judge has also suspended their representative from acting in any capacity for the Club and he must also appear on 15 April.
According to press reports, apparently the Court appointed administrator has found evidence of money laundering.
Meanwhile, the Club with it's new coach, are having better results and could make the play offs.

'tis a shame that we seem to have lost Lasernigel after today.
I do hope he is ok. Last post many moons ago.

Apparently the excuse is that City have given up on the Premier League and are concentrating on the Champions League, well what do you expect for £2 billion

In other surprising news, the Pope is Catholic and bears ***** in the woods
Former Fifa executives took bribes in return for voting for Russia and Qatar to host the World Cup, according to US prosecutors.
In what could be a highly significant twist in the FBI's long-running investigation into allegations of football corruption, a new indictment was revealed in the US District Court on Monday.
The documents claim several former Fifa executive committee members "were offered or received bribes in connection with their votes".

Got to say fair play to Tottenham, they have melted down all of their trophies to provide the NHS with vital equipment. London hospitals have thanked them for their new pair of tweezers.

Phil Neville is to leave role as England women's manager next summer.
The 43-year-old former Manchester United defender was appointed in January 2018.
He led England to a first SheBelieves Cup title in 2019 before a fourth-place finish at the World Cup that summer.
But since last year's quarter-final win over Norway, the Lionesses have lost seven of 11 games and failed to retain their SheBelieves Cup title in March.

Liverpool could win the league in an empty stadium but according to Manchester City it’s not that bad they’ve done it a few times

Re: The New Football Thread
Well, the Scottish footy lot have agreed to draw a line under the season. Sadly, it means my team (Heart of Midlothian) get relegated.
Still, we can all watch the Bundesliga matches in empty stadia. Sigh.
