Went to the library today to ask when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s book on football management & how to win a trophy will be in.

“I haven’t got a clue.” She replied

That’s the one I said.

Steve Bruce would be a good replacement.....and he still has a house in the area.

The playing squad is clearly being mismanaged by the present coach.
Starting the same XI as last Wednesday's poor performance in Europe was unforgivable. There was only going to be one outcome.
Even a Volvo B58 chasis with a Plaxton Elite body could do a better job and have better football knowledge.

Hopefully the first of many :D
Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter and former UEFA president Michel Platini have been charged with fraud and other offences by Swiss prosecutors on Tuesday after a six-year investigation into a controversial $2million (£1.4m) payment.

The 85-year-old Blatter and 65-year-old Platini now face a trial within months at federal criminal court in Bellinzona, Switzerland.

'This payment damaged FIFA's assets and unlawfully enriched Platini,' Swiss federal prosecutors said in a statement.

“All nine players” presumably were ‘vaccinated’, in accordance with club policy blah blah...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59995862

I wonder when the clubs’ insurance companies are going to wake up to possible self-inflicted injuries?

And to think of the shitstorm following one tennis player’s reluctance to risk his health?

Get some more popcorn in, this could turn very nasty. :-w

Yes, just prior to forcing Liverpool to play one of the earliest matches of the season without two of their key players. Still, the fixture Gods looked kindly on us and we've got Norwich at home in the next round. (Jota* will be rubbing their hands :) ) Liverpool vs Boreham Wood for the final! =))

* https://flyjota.com/ Well ya can't expect premiership footballers to sit on a coach for five hours, can ya? :)

Seen on Twitter
"There's no Premier League team with better experience in playing with 10 men than Arsenal!!!"
Not sure that's a good thing.

Arteta has a valid point.

The refereeing and VAR standards have been appalling this season. Time for Mike Riley, boss of PGMOL to be called to account, just like Cressida Dick at the Met has been by Citizen Khan. Hopefully he would follow her lead and fall on his whistle.
