Missing apostrophe there. I would like to add one with a permanent marker.

The fact you even picked that up PN is a trifle worrisome! :p

Yes first thing I noticed PN. Capt, in the northern hemisphere we were trained to read left to right and work one's way down the page. Maybe down under the training is different. Tits first and any information disregarded maybe. :-h
'Yes, Madam, I am drunk, but in the morning I shall be sober and you will still be ugly.' Sir Winston Churchill.

Must be a thing with Australians then sah. I thought globally it was tits first, crotch second, then a quick glance at whatever’s written and not even noticing typos. Boobs have a habit of short circuiting one’s critical reading.

I think I've mentioned it before, but a colleague wore a very tight t-shirt with tiny writing saying "stop staring at my tits". I liked Liz.

I think it's a music joke, timing.
International Standard Waltz is a Waltz dance and danced to slow waltz music, preferably 28-30 bars per minute (84-90 beats per minute).
Waltz music is in 3/4 time and the 1st beat of a measure is strongly accented.

Waltzes are usually in triple time, e.g. 3/4 time.
