Zimbabwean Pastor made a mistake trying to walk on water,

I love the way the Daily Fail prints a picture of a crocodile, just in case we didn't know what one looked like. Not sure about them being able to 'pounce' though. Think the Daily Fail confused them with lions and tigers !

OFSO, no not quite sure what they mean by 'pounce'. Crocs are so fast it is more like a snatch (no rude comments please). You can just be walking along the bank and they will launch themselves out of the water and grab you. A friend of ours was tossed 6' into the air, caught again then the death roll never to be seen again. Her own fault, she was sitting in the water to cool down. Her 12 year old daughter and friend on the bank were not amused.

From an article about thugs on motor scooters operating in London
Other reports have suggested that criminals are deliberately removing their helmets in a bid to try and get police to stop chasing them because it makes the pursuit more unsafe.

My comment that Darwinism should be allowed to take its course and that we would be better off without these parasitic vermin was the 'top rated' comment and then was suddenly removed.

Slightly unusual, but he probably still qualifies

But interesting. Drinking lots of coffee - even Turkish coffee - puts me to sleep. But then I am different. Alcohol keeps me awake ! Obviously Mother nature got those two the wrong way around when she assembled me.

A gentleman of my acquaintance, over the Internet, I never met him, died of drinking Vodka and Red Bull!

He was only in his 30's.

He was the Moderator/Owner of a Yahoo Mailing List that I was a member of, it is sailing along like the Marie Celeste, as he never divulged the ID & password to anyone!

(Potential) Darwin Awards

#233 Post by OFSO » Mon Oct 16, 2017 1:16 pm

So you are married, your wife is in her last stage of pregnancy....and you decide to go back-packing somewhere where there's no conventional medical care, no modern sanitation, no comms and no efficient transport - oh and where white-skinned people are treated with grave suspicion (grave being the place where many end up). Is this a Darwin Award Canuk - sorry, Candidate - in training ?
