Been out for blood test already. Now having some breakfast. Next will be a walk for Ed.

After that will be taking Mrs IB to CdS hospital to see consultant, hopefully.

Morning all,
Looks going to be a beautiful day.

Snap
SM having a blood test and presenting samples, just returning.
Results may be protracted as Andalucia on holiday on Friday.

Up at 0700 dogs, they did a runner back about 10 mins ago, peace for the day.

New office chair should sail down the big river today so they say

Hot already, washing hung up a hour ago already dry.

Its Rosen Montag ! Rose Monday is always public holiday after Carnival. Would not try to get anything done today as locals all either hung over or still pissed out of their minds or both, trying to pour as much alcohol down before Ash Wednesday.

Happy memories: in Germany it used to be that you could not bring an action for divorce based on adultery committed during Carnival. Probably no longer true, although if anybody did bring such a case at such a time, he'd be treated with scorn and derision. Also used to be so that it was impossible to fail a breathalyser test during Carnival. Running around the streets of Dieburg late at night, stark naked, with your willy painted bright blue was also not an offence.

#15265: line spoken by Neddy Seagoon, a.k.a. Harry Secombe, answering Eckles, a.k.a Spike Milligan. Wonderful thing, memory.

Considering the temperature on a normal February night, I don't suppose you needed much blue paint at Carnival.

So that's why Brazil is in the southern hemisphere!

A bit more rain. Not much difference to the puddle/lagoon but watered the estate. The fallen tree nearly all removed just the trunk to go. Planning on getting in some muscle tomorrow. Chaps coming to move CCTV cameras so they can help and will get in our chap's father. Not too much damage to the garden nothing to the house but so close.

We have had a resident Black Crake for some weeks called 'Kevin' he likes the bird bath in front of the veranda. We now seem to have a girl friend. No sign of the pelicans.

Our chap just galloped past bare back on a horse. No idea what the Milky Bar Kid is up to.

True. But clothed or naked at -15° makes no difference after a crate of Schlosser Alt and a bottle of Jägermeister. Not that I'd know personally. Not OFSOs scene at all.

Wonderful stuff. In a thatched restaurant in town they chuck them back and then each have their own named beam where they shove the little empty bottles. Not NRs of course they would collapse at the smell of it. One German guy our IT consultant has hundreds. Will try to photograph it when next there,

Absolutely pissing it down. Now going to get very wet turning off the genny.

I was about to say that there was one like it in Tadcaster c1974-6 and I looked on Giggle Earth:

It is still there, but it looks like its had a name change!

I like the car in the foreground, double front wheels. Cheap version of FAB1, perhaps?

That's a four wheel drive. All four are at the front.
