RKKA - Rabochekrest'yanshi Krasny (Russian; Red Army of Workers and Peasants)

Who will surely rise up with revolutionary zeal, if any more of these near-impossible letter pairs crop up! ~X( ;)))

RDA - Required Daily Allowance. Shown on most cereal packs, foodstuffs and my wife's money purse.

What else can anyone do with "rd" and give it a useable ending??!! PN with respect please participate using words that can follow on, and check the post itself for spelling before submitting. That will ensure unhiccupped continuity. Thanks.
I didin this case - RDX, I even gave a clue. RDX is an organic compound with the formula (O2NNCH2)3. It is a white solid without smell or taste, widely used as an explosive.[2] Chemically, it is classified as a nitramide, chemically similar to HMX. A more energetic explosive than TNT, it was used widely in World War II and remains common in military applications.

I accept the hit on the autocorrect.

Verruca - a contagious wart on the sole of the foot. Our sports master at school had an obsession about these, and often carried out foot inspections to detect the dreaded blemishes. He never found one in the eight years I was there, so I have no idea what one looks like, but I hope that before he departed for the heavenly changing rooms, he did at least find ONE of them to justify all that inspection time wasted ... :D

Escalope - thin fried slice of meat or fish coated in breadcrumbs. The word is of French origin, and is believed to have originated because escalopes are sometimes served rolled up, resembling a snail shell (i.e. Escargot). If you believe that, you'll believe anything ... 8-}
