Nope
Proprietary connectors, I think. Three way molded male/female clip connectors. If they were a common type I would cut the cord off of the old cell and make an extension.
New cord has to be stretched across the enclosure about two feet above the pump control pad. Very inconvenient.
I may take the old cord to an electrical supply store and see if they have something similar. Maybe I'll get lucky, but won't hold my breath.

Received replacement salt cell yesterday afternoon. A surprising 4 days before tracking said it would arrive :-o . I suppose they allowed for a little slop as it was coming from OZ.
I followed it on DHL tracker site and it arrived at LAX Sat., PHX yesterday morning and here yesterday afternoon.

Only problem, as this is aftermarket and not OEM, the cord is less than half the length of the original and must be routed straight across the equipment enclosure. ~X(
I'm not about to cut the cord to splice in a longer length as I'm sure it would void the 5 year warranty. [-X

Can you get into a terminal block and fit a new longer cable?

Keeping the original, i case it needs to be fitted to be returned.

TGG, I was only quoting from the Telegraph, apparently new girls had to service the 1st 15 on the Touch line, very appropriate.
And to think that I only expected oranges on the touch line at half time! =))
Our nearest girls school only had lemons, it seems.

PHXP, as Ian suggests, if your new kit has a male and presumably connects with a female, can you not buy a male/female coupling?

Try the Chinese. Whenever I think of a USB connector they make every conceivable variation in clouding right angle, left angle and in between.

Thinks, the same inventors may well make sex toys too.

Or male/female coupling.

How about :Precision Couplings -....
Zero backlash, torsionally rigid bellows and elastomer couplings. 0.05Nm to 100,000Nm.

Ah, memories of The Karl Lagerfeld Bondage Dungeons in Bremerhaven! None of this new fangled electrickery there I can assure you! Just fine Gothic Rhine Goddesses, manual whips and a cup of ersatz coffee when they send you on your way! =))

Even the Telegraph has crap sub editors
Haneen Hossam, a 20-year-old Cairo University student who became an “influencer” on video sharing app TikTok, was sentenced in absentia on Sunday alongside four others.

While all five were fined 2,000 Egyptian pounds (£9,160) for encouraging women to share videos in exchange for money
That is really £91.60

Some wretched young lady with a Betty Boop accent phoned into LBC at lunch time. She vouchsafed all her friends had told her "the Covid vaccine makes you infertile". She wasn't sure about this, but when she heard the staff doing the vaccines were asking young women if they were planning starting a family in the next four weeks after vaccination she thought "what a strange question" - perhaps it's true. Lord, what idiots there be in this world!

Loads of bloody MAMILs infesting the lanes of the Vale of Belvoir this morning trying to emulate the TdF. All got individual numbers so I assume it's some sort of event they are taking part in. The buggahs are all over the place and not a single bloody steward/marshall in sight.
It's always my fault - SWMBO

Just passed 4ma no doubt as we drove along A52. As we were pressed for time didn't divert. Sounds just as well.

How does one cope with the increasingly impersonal digital age ? Mrs. ExS has just spent 3 hours, starting at 7.00 am due time change constraints, trying to get some simple information, and consequent instruction, about a maturing deposit with a USA bank. She did it through Skype, Press 1 for Spanish, 2 for Uzbekistan, 3 for Piss Off etc. and after multi repeats demanded, surprise! surprise! was put through to her branch, which surprise ! surprise! was having “technical difficulties” What sort, humans unfamiliar with picking up a telephone ? “ We will connect you to our call centre.” Bad News. After listening to many repeats of the same mindless menu, of which option 9 was indicative of possibly talking to someone, gave up. Was never connected to a human, and got heavily involved with the website, typing text necessary, “Chat” function, which is always frustrating.

After endlessly attempting to persuade the robot that none of the much repeated proffered options were relevant and that she needed to talk to a human, one appeared to take over, but that took another half hour after which she printed out 4 A.4 pages of mindless “Chat”, and “thinks” that she might have merely stopped the bank automatically rolling over her deposit and thereby locking it away for another decade. Another session will be necessary with further instructions if this one simple request has been activated. All too much, in view of the 0.00000001% interest being offered, a box under the bed is a better bet, at least we wouldn’t have to try to talk to it.

Madness, a max. 5 min. phone call was all that was needed.

Sometimes pressing 0, or # or * can get you through to a real person even if they don't admit it on the menu. The latter two may also take you back to the start of the IVR tree, so I'd start with 0 first.

And when you get passed the chat not trying to guess where Singh, Mohammad etc is located. You are then asked for post code, first line of address, inside leg measurement etc. "Scroll back up the CHAT" you type and scream at same time.

I had a problem with our National Savings, they had a verification ring back
Discovered that our phone number had been recorded as +44 44, too many 4s.

Called up our password program and waited for battle to commence. First problem characters 1 and 3 of your password. Interesting when your password might be #&(] etc.
Passed that loop and was put through to security. Standard answers set out in out program, elder daughters first name, school etc.

"What is your husband's middle name?". WTF. That's not a Q&A, but easy anyway.
"What year did you meet your husband?". WHAT! That really was a fast ball. Moment's pause "17 Jun 1973"
How did Mrs PN just conjure that up? How did they know to ask?
As it happens she had also been present in Nov 1970 when I sold the husband of her friend my car.
