£7 ,296 spent on two 1st class tickets Swiss Air JNB-ATH last November. Cancelled February. Refund £135.48 1.85%. They say we are only entitled to the airport tax. I have told them they have 7 days to come up with a better answer before we go public.

Occasionally, the display of my laptop 'flips'.
A few minutes ago it inverted, and I have had one heck of a struggle to select the correct page and navigate to the correct icon to restore sanity.
Cursor movements are reversed and inverted.
