No, we’re in a Royal County.
When all else fails, read the instructions.

I'm guessing Aden which could make it Commander British Forces' Aden ride.

Not a transatlantic cabable a/c. So more likely kept in the USA.
Is it the UK ambassadors a/c?
Edited to add the Air Attache?

Yes my thoughts Ian. But I would go for your first shot of Ambassador or Defence Attache. I think the services take turns for Defence Attache so he could have been Royal Air Force. A mate I went through training with was Defence Attache there some years ago.

Yes. The plane was represented to me as belonging to the British Ambassador to the US. I was age 16 and very impressed.
As to where. Tiny airport in a totally gorgeous part of the US. Now clogged with G-5s, movie types and such.

A totally separate air force!
There was an ex-Admin App Cpl at the RAF Liaison Party Istres/Orange with me, he made a successful career of Diplomatic and Special Duties postings.
Besides his RAFLP tour. he did a tour with NATO, split between Paris & Brussels, he was there when de Gaule kicked NATO out. And 3 tours on the staff of various Air Attache's.
He ended his 22 as a SWO, then got a job as the PA to a Judge. Wasn't called a PA, but that's what the job was. The Judge was assigned to some European job in Luxembourg and he asked my mate if he wanted to go there, and he took the job.
This career was built on a School Certificate in French! At the RAF LP he was the official interpreter and got paid a 'trade pay' for doing the job.
