Rattray Head, Jockshire
OH if correct
OH if correct
During the Second World War on 20 September 1941 an enemy plane circled the lighthouse, dropped three bombs, one of which did not explode. The lantern was machine-gunned but the damaged caused did not seriously impair the efficiency of the apparatus. No one was injured in the attack.
Re: The Smokin' Hot Where On Earth Thread Mk III
Dang! That was fast. There used to be a thriving little port nearby until a huge storm filled it with sand - end of harbour. OH it is then.

This is a bit easy so I will let someone else breast the tape (so to speak).
Been in data comm since we formed the bits individually with a Morse key.
Re: The Smokin' Hot Where On Earth Thread Mk III
Thanks John. In that case I'll say Morwellham Quay near Tavistock. Tape breasted, hopefully.
